Philosophy
Our philosophy is to provide caring, respectful, accepting, client-centered counseling that supports you in healing trauma, better understanding yourself, and making changes you want to make in your life. Sarah specializes in working with trauma-spectrum issues. These can include Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD); Complex PTSD; Depression; Anxiety; and problems with self-esteem and relationships.
Sarah also uses Tapas Acupressure Technique, Guided Imagery, and Mindfulness/Breathwork to help in healing traumas.

Sarah has 20 years of experience as a clinical supervisor and is available to provide
licensure supervision for LMHC's working towards their LPCC.
