Sarah is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor She has 32 years of experience providing psychotherapy to a wide variety of clients and presenting problems in Community Mental Health and other community settings. In recent years she has specialized in working with adult (including young adults 18-21) survivors of trauma to address all the different ways a person can be effected. We believe that survivors can and do recover, and both talk therapy, other alternative therapies, and self-care practices can help in healing the wounds. Sarah is a Certified Tapas Acupressure Technique Professional.
